Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period
Limited Warranty (Complete Bike): 12 months from original purchase date
Core Components (Motor, Controller, Battery): 12 months
Frame: 24 months (free repair or replacement for manufacturing defects)
Wear‑and‑Tear Parts & Accessories (tires, brake pads, grips, lights, etc.): 6 months
2. What’s Covered
Material or Workmanship Defects
Broken parts, performance failures or major cosmetic damage caused by design, materials or assembly errors
Functional Failures
Motor not spinning, controller won’t power on, battery won’t charge/discharge
Structural Defects
Cracked welds on frame, loose front fork or suspension linkage
3. Eligibility Requirements
Authorized Purchase Channels:
Only bikes bought from GZRider.com qualify. You must show proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Proper Use& Maintenance:
Follow all riding, charging and maintenance guidelines in the user manual. We recommend a free safety check every 500mi (800km) or every 6 months.
4. What’s Not Covered
The following are excluded from the limited warranty. Repair or replacement in these cases is at the customer’s expense:
User Damage
Crashes, drops, unauthorized disassembly or modification, overloading, racing/off‑road abuse
Normal Wear & Tear
Tires, brake pads, grips, chains and other consumable items that naturally wear out
Unauthorized Service/Modifications
Repairs or modifications by non-authorized technicians causing secondary damage
Acts of Nature & Accidents
Flood, fire, lightning, earthquake, traffic collisions or other external events
Improper Use
Non‑OEM chargers, incorrect battery removal/installation, electrical modifications exceeding factory specs
5. Warranty Claim Process
Submit Online Claim
Get in touch with our customer service and Provide: name, contact info, proof of purchase, bike serial number, detailed description, and photos/videos of the issue
Review & Diagnosis
We’ll respond within 2 business days to confirm coverage and arrange remote troubleshooting or local service‑center inspection
Repair or Replacement
For covered defects, we’ll ship replacement parts at no charge or direct you to your nearest authorized service center for free repair
If not covered, we’ll send a written estimate; work proceeds only after your approval
Completion & Return
Once repaired or replaced, we’ll notify you by email/phone to arrange pickup or complimentary return shipping
